Terms & conditions

The terms that apply when you buy from this website.

Who we are

This website is operated by KESHME. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept and dispatch the order.
  • We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, the address is not serviceable, or the order appears automated or fraudulent.
  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and, where stated on the product, are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • The price and total that apply are the ones our server calculates at the moment you place the order. Any figure displayed in your browser is for information only.

Order limits

The public checkout is limited to 5 units of any single product, 10 units in total, and a maximum order value of ₹20,000. These limits keep Cash on Delivery workable. For larger orders, contact us at bulk@keshme.example.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method. Payment is due in full, in cash, to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Product information

Product descriptions, ingredient lists and directions on this site are taken from the product packaging. They describe what the product contains and how to use it — they are not medical advice and are not a diagnosis or treatment for any condition.

Please read the ingredient list before use, patch test before first use, and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Consult a qualified professional if you have a scalp or skin condition, are pregnant, or are treating a child.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use automated tools to place orders, scrape the site, or probe our systems.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the ordering system, other customers' data, or our infrastructure.
  • We rate-limit and may block access where we detect abuse.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

To be confirmed by KESHME: Confirm the registered entity name, GSTIN, jurisdiction for disputes, and have these terms reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch. This page is a working draft, not legal advice.
