A shampoo's job in an oiling routine is narrow: take the oil out without stripping the scalp raw, so the next application starts from a clean surface. Ours is a 100 ml bottle with its herbs named on the pack, in the same plain form as the oil. What is not in it is printed there too.
How people use it
Most people wash the oil out the same day or the next. Two lathers usually beat one long one, and lukewarm water is easier on the scalp than hot.
