Write a review
Enter your order number and the mobile number you ordered with. We ask for both so that only the person who placed the order can review it.
How KESHME reviews work
- Who can write a review?
- Only a customer whose order has been delivered, and only for products that were on that order. There is no way to leave a review without one — not for us either. The database will not store a review that has no delivered order behind it.
- Why do you ask for my mobile number?
- It is the second factor. An order number alone would let anyone who saw a confirmation email write a review in someone else's name, so we match the number the order was placed with. We compare a one-way hash of it and never display or store the number here.
- How is my name shown?
- As a first name and a last initial — Rohit G., for example. Reviews sit on public pages that search engines index, and a full name there is a privacy cost that cannot be taken back.
- Do you publish every review?
- Every review is read before it is published, and we publish critical ones. The two things we cannot publish are medical claims — our products are cosmetics, not treatments — and anything identifying another person. We never edit the substance of a review to make it more positive.
- Do you have many reviews yet?
- Not many. KESHME is new, only delivered orders can produce a review, and we have not bought, imported or written any. A small number of real reviews is worth more than a large number of invented ones, and it is the only kind we are willing to show you.
