Shipping policy

We ship across India to any pincode our courier partners serve. We do not currently ship internationally.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹599.
• Orders of ₹599 or more ship free.
• The exact shipping amount is shown at checkout before you place the order, and is calculated on our server — never estimated in your browser.

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote pincodes, public holidays and weather disruptions can add time.

These are typical timelines rather than a guarantee. If your order is running late, contact us with your order ID.

Cash on Delivery is currently our only payment method. Please keep the exact order total ready in cash for the delivery agent. Couriers may not carry change, and card or UPI payment on delivery is not guaranteed.

Our courier normally calls the mobile number on the order before delivery, so please make sure it is correct and reachable.

Couriers generally attempt delivery more than once. If an order cannot be delivered — nobody available, an incorrect address, or the parcel is refused — it is returned to us. Repeated refused COD orders from the same number may mean we ask for confirmation before accepting future orders.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening where possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@keshme.example.
